Kim is a finance and operations expert with over two decades of experience scaling venture capital and private equity firms. She began her career at Legacy Venture (now Next Legacy Partners), a $750M venture capital fund of funds, where she led the financial reporting team and worked closely with an investor base of entrepreneurs, philanthropists, and corporate executives.
Her expertise in venture finance deepened as CFO of Pelion Venture Partners, where she managed operations for their $1B tech-focused venture fund. Her commitment to advancing the technology sector extends beyond finance - she served four years on the Advisory Board of the Women Tech Council in Utah, a national organization focused on driving economic impact through women in technology. At Pulse, she continues to apply her comprehensive experience in managing financial reporting, annual audits, tax functions, and day-to-day operations.
Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Related Services from Brigham Young University.
