Rhod Needham

Rhod is a serial entrepreneur and climate innovator focused on scaling impactful technologies and businesses. He began his career building and exiting multiple ventures before focusing on climate and sustainability solutions.

As founder of Halo Impact, he leads an impact-focused venture group providing capital solutions and growth execution support to climate technology startups and nature-based assets. His commitment to accelerating climate solutions extends to his roles as mentor and climate advisor for Second Muse and Brinc, two leading global accelerators advancing innovations in climate tech, foodtech, and circular economy. Within his own Halo Impact venture studio Rhod plays a key role in the incubation and scale up of the group’s portfolio companies. Previously, Rhod was an integral member of the J.P. Morgan team in Hong Kong.

Rhod holds a BA in English Literature from Cardiff University, with specialized studies in People and Cultures, Philosophy and Psychology, and Cultural Criticism.
